Missy, a 2011 graduate of Georgia State University of Law, has both trial and transactional experience including contracts, business formation including IP as well as defense of criminal cases and defense of both misdemeanors and felonies and family law matters. Missy also has extensive experience as inhouse counsel with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions and VC and crowdfunding raises.
She also spent time drafting family law contracts including post pre and post nuptial agreements and business agreements for closely held businesses. Missy is not only an experienced attorney but also has extensive experience as an entrepreneur in both the consumer packaged goods and hospitality industry. Missy is dedicated to fiercely representing each of her clients. Missy is Of Counsel with Sage Business Counsel.

Outside the Courtroom
Before Missy’s legal career, Missy raced downhill mountain bikes and was a successful entrepreneur. Missy currently donates her time to Immerman’s Angels, a cancer charity to support those with rare cancers. When she is not zealously advocating for her clients in court, she enjoys surfing, Muay Thai, and travel.
