Erica Kemmer is a seasoned attorney with more than 18 years of legal experience across a wide range of practice settings. Known for her strong legal knowledge, professionalism, and client-focused approach, Erica is committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality counsel tailored to each client’s needs.

Born and raised in Thomasville, Alabama, Erica is proud of her small-town roots and the values that shaped her approach to service and advocacy. She earned her B.S. in Legal Studies from Auburn University at Montgomery in 2002, then attended law school at night while working for a law firm. She received her law degree from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2007 and later earned her MBA through the University of Alabama’s Executive MBA program in 2012.

Throughout her career, Erica has served as a prosecutor, nonprofit attorney, in-house counsel, and private practice owner. Her diverse background gives her a practical and well-rounded perspective when advising clients. Erica is also a member of the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and represents clients in both state and federal courts.

Guided by integrity, compassion, and a deep commitment to advocacy, Erica believes in using her experience to serve clients with clarity, care, and purpose.
