Lisa Lia is a dual-licensed New York and Florida attorney with more than two decades of experience helping clients navigate complex real estate, business, and legal matters. As both a seasoned attorney and founder of Cadence Title Services, Lisa brings a unique blend of courtroom insight and deal-making precision to every transaction she touches.
Lisa structures and closes residential and commercial real estate deals, advises on entity formation and business acquisitions, and regularly resolves title, leasing and financing issues for real estate professionals, private lenders, and investors. Known for her expertise, efficiency and responsiveness, she serves as a trusted partner to investors, brokers, business owners and private lenders across Florida.
She also represents private lenders, business owners, and employers in litigation involving contract claims, employment disputes and real estate controversies. Lisa has successfully handled matters in state and federal courts, including high-stakes appeals before New York’s Appellate Divisions.
Her background includes serving as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York and litigating at nationally recognized firms in New York City. She is passionate about helping clients grow with confidence and clarity — whether in a courtroom, boardroom, or at the closing table.
Lisa earned her J.D. magna cum laude from St. John's University School of Law, where she served as Symposium Editor of the Law Review and received multiple awards for academic excellence. Lisa graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from St John's University.
She resides in Bradenton, Florida with her husband, their six children, and three dogs. She serves on the board of a local non-profit called Feeding Empty Little Tummies, dedicated to feeding homeless and food insecure students in Manatee County.
